We can provide IT Service and skills in two ways; as Managed Services or as a Resource Pool.

Managed Services
Where the service to an application or equipment to be managed can be pre-agreed, we can offer a fixed cost service which includes pro-active monitoring, maintenance, insurance and configuration.

IT Support
Where your IT needs cannot be clearly identified we offer a safety net of skills to suit which is provided at an hourly or daily charge.

o Techshare Tokens
This is our most popular option where clients subscribe to a monthly usage of hours or bulk buy for projects which enables you to use any of the extra I.T. skills available from our team [see skills below]

Day Consultants
Where you require a dedicated period of time or a specialist skill we can offer day consultants to work on site to resolve or implement any I.T. requests. Day rate vary depending on skills required.
